The Brain attempted to talk to Billie using Pinky's lines including his catchphrases such as "Narf!" and "Poit!" This strategy started to work and Billie began warming up to the Brain.
Brain later asked Pinky to help get Billie to like him. However, Pinky was still in love with Phar Fignewton, the female horse from earlier. Instead, Billie seemed to be more attracted to Pinky. When he went to her cage to ask her out, she did not return the Brain's affection. A female mouse named Billie had just moved into the lab and the Brain gained a crush on her. In the episode, the Brain decided to take the night off from taking over the world. The episode featuring "The World Can Wait" first premiered on November 18, 1993.
